By installing, accessing or using the Journey Mentor website (hereinafter, the “website”), you confirm that you accept the T&C of Journey Mentor Ltd a limited liability company registered with the Department of the Registrar of Companies under registration number 15050858, having its registered office at 20 Sylvan Avenue, Hornchurch, England RM11 2PN as well as other subsidiaries of affiliated companies of ours (hereinafter, the “Journey Mentor”) and that you agree to comply with, and are legally bound, by them. These T&C will automatically apply to you, therefore you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the website.

Law Applicable to Disputes
These T&C, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English law. You hereby agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
