London / Cyprus – Journey Mentor, the leading travel-tech SaaS company that has created proprietary easy-to-use solutions to solve the travel industry’s challenges, today announces that it has been awarded a five-year contract by Orthodoxou Travel, a leading European travel agency providing a wide range of services for leisure and business travellers in Cyprus and several other areas globally, especially Europe and the Middle East.
Under the terms of the agreement, Journey Mentor will provide Orthodoxou Travel with its suite of innovative travel-tech solutions, specifically tailored to meet the digital needs of travel agents, as well as airlines and other travel providers. By incorporating these tools in their digital infrastructure, Orthodoxou Travel will provide unrivalled digital travel services, manage competitive pricing strategies, streamline supplier interactions, and curate unparalleled packaging and tour experiences for their customers in Cyprus and abroad.
The suite of solutions to be integrated with Orthodoxou Travel systems include:
- SalesMentor, an all-encompassing travel management platform tailored for both customers and agents offering a total travel experience (air, hotel, cars and more) in a single transaction.
- LoyaltyMentor, a sophisticated loyalty scheme management system supporting members in managing loyalty points, and promotional activities over the whole travel experience not only flights.
- PriceMentor, which offers a dynamic pricing and performance management solution that optimises tour packages prices 24/7 against the competition, ensuring maximum revenue and competitive advantage.
- SupplierMentor, whichstreamlines supplier relationship management for tour operators, enhancing efficiency and communication.
- TourMentor, which handles the setup, marketing, sales, operations, and service delivery of tours, ensuring seamless integration and management of all tour components for optimal customer satisfaction.
Additionally, following the conclusion of the agreement, Orthodoxou Travel will act as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for Journey Mentor in Cyprus.
The travel and tourism market in Cyprus has witnessed a massive growth over the past few years, with revenues expecting to reach US $168.40M bin 2024, compared with US $132.41 M in 2019, according to data from Statista. This growth is expected to continue with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 2.33% from 2024 to 2029, resulting in a projected market volume of US $189.00m by 2029.
